If you’ve spent even five minutes scrolling through Instagram lately, chances are you’ve stumbled upon the UNO Challenge – but with a bookish twist. Instead of playing the card game, the challenge is all about matching books to specific UNO cards: a dramatic Draw 4, a fast-paced Reverse, a surprising Wild, and more. With categories like Skip, Draw 2, and number cards it’s a fun way to look at your bookshelf through a totally different lens.

Have a go for yourself and see what books you would pair up with each card.. happy playing!
Draw 2 (+2):
Pick 2 random books from your TBR –
For this prompt, I looked at how many books I have on my TBR on Goodreads and then got a number generator to pick two numbers.

Skip:
A book I’ve been putting off –

I have heard nothing but good things about this book and this specific piece of history I find really interesting so I honestly don’t know why I keep putting this one off… Maybe because it’ll break my heart, I won’t enjoy it as much as others have hyped it up or just because it covers a heavy topic…
Wild:
A book not in my typical genre –

I tend to avoid sci-fi books most of the time because a lot of them have me confused whilst reading. However, this is a short book and has some romance within it so maybe I need to bite the bullet and get this off my TBR.
Reverse:
A book I wish I could read again for the first time –

1000000000000% it would be Fourth Wing – I need to find a book to make me feel the way this one did again! Or maybe once I’m finished reading the series, there may come a day where I pick this one up again.
Number:
A book with a number in the title –

I read this one a couple of years ago and really enjoyed it!
Draw 4 (+4):
A series with 4 or more books –

My favourite romance series ever!!!!! <3
This was such a fun challenge to do! If you do end up playing yourselves then let me know so that I can check out what books you chose. *I am not taking credit for this idea but would love to be tagged so I can see your post*
